Be the first to hear about upcoming opportunities

We’ve had an amazing response to our National Grid school visits and have now reached our volunteer quota for the 2026/27 academic year.

But there will be more opportunities to get involved.

Introduce your Year 5 and Year 6 students to STEM careers

Give your pupils the chance to meet the people helping to power our future and bring careers to life with a National Grid school visit.

During the visit, students will begin with one of our 3 National Grid Experiences, followed by an inspiring talk about what it’s like to work for National Grid.
